Small group training classes for women
Small group training classes are the perfect solution for women who want the personal attention of a trainer but at a more affordable rate. These classes are effective on their own or can serve as a terrific complement to your one-on-one sessions. You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free, intimidation-free zone.
